7:20am: Dan O'Brien joined me to talk about Sunday Chicken Dinner at Shepherd of the Hills just east of Eden on Highway B. It starts at 11am and they serve until 1:30pm. The picnic goes on all day.

7:29am: Allie Mae Schaten won the quarter of Culvers Custard for the Birthday Contest.

8:20am: We previewed this weekend's Fond du Lac Softball Slamboree Home Run Derby which is Saturday at Lakeside Park. It cost's $20 to enter with all proceeds going to the kids playground. You have to sign up between 10am and 4pm at the park. The winner will get their choice of a $300 bat and also win a WWE style championship belt. Many national bat manufacturers will also be on had starting at 10am. You can come out and for $10 you can test out as many bats as you want before you buy them.
