At Packers Draft Headquaters.....

7:10pm: The NFL Draft is underways...the Panthers as expected too Auburn's Cam Newton with the first round pick. The Packers have the 32nd pick in the first round. The odds are good that the Packers dont end up with that pick. With 9 picks over the next few days and very few roster spots, GM Ted Thompson could move up and package some of those picks if a player he wants is available. If when #32 comes up and one of the quarterbacks is there expect a team to come and get the pick and possibly deal a pick in next years draft for it. If Green Bay does keep the pick I see them taking OL Danny Watkins out of Baylor.

7:20pm...had to eat supper at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight...as I decided to believe a fellow media member about no pre-draft mean at Lambeau...had 2 dozen wings then came back to find the nice Italian spread in the break room....darn.....i'll dive in there soon since the Packers won't be doing anything for a while.......

7:21pm: 3 picks down in about 10 minutes.....that might be a record...

7:34pm...first trade of the night...Falcons move up to #6 to get WR Julio Jones! Atlanta gives up #1 , #2 and #4 this year and #1 and #4 next year to get Jones...if your a good team and need impact players...i'm all for giving up a lot

7:46pm...another QB off the board...Jake Locker goes to the Tennessee

7:50pm: ESPN's Jon Gruden is gushing over every stinking pick....i think i'm gonna throw up

8pm....Jags trade up to #10 to get their QB Blaine Gabbert in trade with Washington

8:09 with the 11th pick Houston takes Wisconsin DE JJ Watt

8:17pm...Vikes reach to take Florida State QB Christian Ponder at #12..is brad childress still with the vikings?

8:22pm: Detroit takes DL Nick Fairley from Auburn...team him with Suh...OMG!

9pm: a lot of guys the packers like are on the board....Bowers had #1 overall talent..will Teddy T move up to get him?

9:35pm....Philly takes my guy for the Packers...Watkins..will TT trade up with a few guys on the board...Bowers? Ingram? Jordan?

10pm...Oops...Ravens didnt get their pick in.....

10:10pm....Saints trade up to get RB Mark Ingram...take him off the Packers Board
