Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 18. Wind chill values between -5 and zero. West wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Thursday Night:  Partly cloudy, with a low around 3. Wind chills to -5  -10. West wind 5 to 15 mph.

Friday:  Sunny, with a high near 23.
