WOMAN FOUND LIVING IN CUPBOARD FOR NEARLY ONE YEAR
A man in Japan recently discovered an unwanted guest who had apparently been living in his home for almost a year. The "Daily Telegraph" reports that the man began to suspect a possible intruder when he noticed that food was missing from his fridge. He then decided to install security cameras that he could view from his cell phone and witnessed images of a woman walking around his home while he was not there. After summoning police, they were able to find a woman hiding in the top of a built-in cupboard used to store bedding. The woman told police that she had nowhere to live and moved in one day when the owner was gone and had left the door unlocked. She did not take anything other than food, but did use the shower and toilet. She now faces a charge of trespassing.

WORKERS CHANGING COMMUTE DUE TO GAS PRICES
Record high gas prices have workers changing up the way they get to their jobs. According to a new national survey by Robert Half International, 44-percent of all employees polled have altered their commutes, compared to 34-percent who did the same two years ago when gas prices were an average of two-dollars-and-80-cents a gallon. The national average this week is nearly four-dollars. The poll also found that 46-percent of workers are now considering car pooling to work, one-third have begun to drive more fuel-efficient cars, and 30-percent say they have begun to look for a job closer to home.
