7:50am: A recent survey found that the majority of Americans do not have a will. It found that 60% of Americans did not have a will but people get them as they get older. More than half of Americans over 50 had a will, while 25% of those between the ages of 25 and 34 have a whill and just 10% of Americans between the ages of 18 and 24 have a will.

8:04am: The numbers are in and they found that even with higher gas prices and a rough economy, Americans stepped up to the plate to give in 2007. Americans donated $306.4 billion dollars to various charities in 2007, which was up 1% from 2006.
