6:25am: Entertainment News: Kristy Lee Cook was booted off of American Idol last night...The new X-Files movie will be titled; "I Want To Believe"...Jenny Garth may come back to play her character Kelly Taylor in the CW's Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff that will star production soon...Barbara Streisand gave $5 million dollars to a LA hospital for education on women's heart disease.

6:40am: The History Vault...In 1970 the Apollo 13 astronauts safely splashed down in the Pacific after a ruptured oxygen tank crippled their mission...In 1964 Ford debuted the Mustang...In 1953 Mickey Mantle hit a 565 foot home run which is the longest recorded shot in history. In 1790 Ben Franklin died at the age of 84.

7:48am: It's a Ticket Window Thursday...Tim Good of Fond du Lac won a pair of tickets to see the Brewers play the Dodgers at Miller Park on May 13th, but correctly knowing that the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Brewers in seven games in the 1982 World Series.

8:50am: Do you use all of your vacation time? A recent study by Expedia.com found that it's estimated that 47.5 million U.S. employees or 31% of adults that work in the United States do not use all of their vacation time. The study found that the average American leaves 3 vacation days on the table each year. That means 460 million vacation days will be left over at the end of the year. The survey also found that 18% of Americans actually cancel a day off each year because of work. American's get an average of 14 vacation days per year. In France the average is 37. In Spain they get 31 days off on average each year. The average is 26 days in Great Britain.
